In-game, Time progresses normally. A day in our world is a day there. Outside of topics, of course. Those can be anywhere from a few minutes to several weeks long. Another exception is Dragonballs--- who the hell wants to wait a year?

That said, the site may experiance time skips at the staff's discretion.
