Agarwaen Gûl:

Effects:  IF your opponent is in a transformation, you may end the transformation early and they cannot return to that form during the topic.

IF your opponent is NOT in a transformation, you may reduce their Health by 15% of their original Health at the sacrifice of 4% of your Ki, Stamina, and Speed. Once per battle and only one effect can be used.

Role Play Effects: Your attack is powered by your own blood,so you injure yourself to use the attack.

I really REALLY think that the transformation part is unfair

Transformation part is the main attraction, baby.

You have your techniques that demolish instant dodges/block and I have my techniques that wear down your power.

Oh, and this is only once per battle if that wasn't clear. I should put that on this and my other tech...
