Name of Tech: Chrono Lock

What it looks like: Use the power of your soul to freeze your opponent in time

Requirements: Same as Bloody Healing

Effects: Takes away 25% of your health. Freezes your opponent for a turn, preventing them from doing anything other than using stats to dodge or block. Cannot do anything else in your turn No techs or trans can be use while under te effect of Chrono Lock. Once per fight

RP Effects: uses your soul to charge up power.
