(You can only use once per battle)

This technque requires an impressive amount of speed, and allows you to go so fast that you leave an after image of yourself afterwards for no cost.

Words: 800
PL: Base PL must be at least 30,000; Speed must be at least 10,000

Uses:
In combat, you can use this technique to dodge one attack for no cost at all.
