Description: You have studied the bodies psyche and know every way to cause uncontrollable fear causing your opponent to be put into a state of despair.
Effects: Opponent can’t use any techniques or abilities for 1 post. takes up your whole turn.
Requirements: Train with Kabuto

| Didn't think any one watched Fairy Tail hear. Plus basically freed fits Kabuto so figured what the hell.
how is it stronger it's basically the same as Nuitha? | |

| Nuitha is also a their 2 tech.
Also I would prefer it if the abilities were not directly ripped off. I mean there isn't a rule against but….come on man | |
