Name of Tech: Fujōna Tamashī Fukkatsu

What it looks like: Use your mastery of life to revive a soul in your collection to fight for you

Requirements: train with someone who knows it.

Effects: Summon a warrior of any non-special race with 1/4 of your PL to fight for you. Then know all your abilities. Unable to be copied

RP Effects: Puts extreme strain on the universe as you are breaking the fundamental rules of reality by crossing the otherworld and the living world. visibly cracks space and time around you. Damages your own soul

Did Rick approve this? I'm not even gonna try to approve/disapprove this, but if it does get approved you can't fuse with or use fusion moves with the warrior.

I am, but I caught a bit of flack for approving all those "two instant block/dodges require to avoid" techs, so I'm not touching this with a 10ft pole.

I am honestly surprised people are so up in arms about that. I did it to counteract the fact that you and Zero have a ton. Also its because I need to be able to fight against people with a lot of ruler items

its actually pretty much a heavily nerfed version of the Bio Android ability which you get waaaay earilier than this

For further clarification. It can't use RACIAL trans. We have had MANY conversations about this. And just so I can put this in perspective.

On it's own this tech is actually very weak. Say Yoko had it right now. And say she learned power up. The thing would be a weak little thing and can only power up a bit. The only reason you think it is so powerful is I have abilities that make it so. The only reason it is Riza's ultimate power is because he has so many other powers that make it stronger. Most people wouldn't have all the things Riza does. He is what makes it powerful. Not the ability itself

Oh. That is easy. Basically this whole tech was about being able to summon a mini helper of any non special race. Basically the way we decided this worked was that if they started at the required PL for the level. They could use the unlockable racial transformation. Which I summoned Protea, a Bio Android. She had the required PL so she can use the racial trait. That make it easier?
