Sarah giggled. "He told me not to say!" Riza pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. "You do realize that telling them part of the thing I told you not to say defeats the point if the secret altogether right?" Sarah looked confused: "what?" She asked. The hybrid shook his head. "Never mind." Riza then looked at Artik. "You'll learn when I feel you need to."

Artik sighed. "Look, kid. I am, contrary to your belief, stronger than you."

He went SSSJ2. "Dick."

Rita tilted his head. "Your still weaker than me in my base form." The hybrid sighed. "If your really so interested in this pissing contest then Ill oblige you." Riza put Sarah down and he entered SSJ3. "Anything else?"

Artik shook his head, disapproving, "Too much like your father. The difference, he has enough wisdom to back up the arrogance. At least Ryuga turned out a nice, humble young man."

Riza just looked confused. "What? All I said was that in terms of raw power I'm stronger than you. And what does me believing that you don't need the information I have have to do with me saying in stronger than you in the first place?"

Artik looled around, loosened his shoulders, amd sighed. "You bastards will be the death of me," he joked.

And so, hours after, the grand palace of the Capital of Nova Roma, Cosmopolis, was completed.

Riza smiled. "One can only hope."

Cyril blinked. "I guess Rome was built in a day, huh?"

Artik laughed at a joke no one heard.

Ryuzaki blinked, "Whut?"

"Oh, nothing," Artik composed himself, "I just
.. I built Rome as well. Earth Rome."

Ryuzaki's mouth dropped, "Wha?"

Riza coughed. "Bullshit."

Artik sighed, "Do you honestly think I'd let the ancient Euroasian region be boring?"

Riza looked at him skeptically. "No I think your just talking out of your ass. You said you were reborn from Vegeta mother didn't you? The solar saiyans had fallen much before the advent if humanity. And Vegeta's mother didn't live for a few thousand years after Rome. So what you said you did is impossible."

"Time travel?"

Riza looked at Cyril. "If that is the case then he is an idiot for messing with the space time continuum."

Artik sighed. "I survived the Cosmic Wars, Riza. I had a lot of down time after that. I didn't have a time machine back then." He paused, "So. I wandered over to Earth to see how the Earth was going."


Ryuzaki had a feeling that textbooks were seriously dumb.

"See, half the humans were in sand and the other half in jungles. So, I had to nudge them. Shapeshifted into a wolf, found a couple of babies, and the rest is history. Literally."

He added, "After the damn babies became apparently incompetant, I just became tge leader of Rome. All of them. From Nero to Caligula to any given Caeser. 'Et tu, Brutus.' Sound familiar?"

Cyril snorted, "You were Caligula? Figures."

Riza stared at Artik. "I'm calling bullshit. There are several inconsistencies. And if you want this to be considered true you are going to answer every damn one of them."

"Well what are they?"

Artik took a long draw of an invisible cigar. "Go on, then."

Riza pulled out an extremely long list. "Ok first off, te date of your death. In previous occasions you have Yates our death was around 10,000 years ago. But Rome was about 4,000."

Artik cracked his neck, "Ten thousand of my years. Four thousand Earth years."

Riza looked at him. "You sai ten thousand earth years when you said it."

Artik shrugged. "Then ten thousand yours and four mine!"

Riza looked t him. "Yes but if you died 10,000 of my years ago you would be dead before Rome arrives which means your lying out your ass."
