Go to Uberia, to the Real Estate Office, and post about you arriving there. A staffer will roleplay the Official Real Estate Doofus.
He'll ask you what planet you want, the name, the features. If it's a planet that exists in our world (ie Mars), then you can forgo the descriptions. The man will give you an amount of money you should pay.
Pay it, biyatch. Now you have a planet.
