| In the year 576AZ, the universe's usual protectors, Riza, Ryuzaki, and company, vanished. (They return a few months later than they had meant to....) It didn't take long for their absence to lead to looting and destruction. In an emergency meeting, the interim Lord Protector of Heaven, and Auron the Roman Heir decided to create a Universal Policing agency, the Mundus Aliquam.
