If you are in the staff or staff-qualified to teach you may teach anyone any technique you know (but not another person's signature move, unless you have permission from said person) as long as they meet the requirements. So just to clarify, instead of making a making one large post about you learning a technique you may seek out another person to teach it to you. This is often the easiest way.

Teachers also have the ability to shave off a bit of words from any word requirements for transformations after training with them. Only a little.
