I figured out Omega Saiyans. As some of us know, Makoto was, at one point, one. The question is: how did he unlock it? It lied dormant for, perhaps, billions of years. Even more, Makoto, that is, real-life Makoto, took back most of that. Especially the whole "ancient guy" thing. Well, I made it work.
Omega Saiyans were a genetic cocktail--- Saiyans, humans, Ancient Namekians, Rava, the brother race--- Solar Saiyans, every race in existance (save The Seraphim).
And then, they disappeared. Untill around 100AZ. Cell 2.0 was born by the criminal organization, the Neo Red Ribbon Army. His job was to create a database of every race and subrace. He was close, but... For centuries, Legendary Saiyans elluded him. Then Makoto came along and they fused....
Thus, Makoto gained the knowledge of a million races. His mind had to do something with this data, so the computey bits he got from the bio android kicked in and sorta... Put it all in the same folder. Makoto.
He became the Omega Saiyan by extremely improbable means, only to lose it all.
The Omega Saiyans died all. Every last one. Don't ask to be one, or repeat Makoto's Method.
Omega Saiyans appeared when the universe was created, along with the other Cosmic Saiyans.
