Name: Bodily manipulation: Drain

Description: drain your opponent of their fighting ability and send them straight to hell.

Effects: adds a drain effect to your attack, whenever you deal damage to your opponent you may steal 25% of your opponents Power Level and add it to a stat of your choosing. Once per topic.

Requirements: Train with Kabuto
