Second home

Riza teleported Manyin to his palace on New Ravanix. "Welcome to my kingdom." A female Rava quickly came over and bowed in front of Riza. "Welcome home King Riza." The saiyan sighed. "Crystal, how many times do I have to tell you, just call me Riza, or at least just say Sir." The Rava bowed in apology. "Yes sir, sorry sir." Riza motioned to the Rava. "Manyin, this is Crystal, the head of my staff."

Maynin nodded respectfully and extended her hand. "Hello." She looked back up at Riza, "Looks like you don't go by your titles?"

Crystal seemed surprised by the outstretched hand. She looked to Riza. "Sir?" Riza chuckle a little. "They don't shake hands here Manyin. It's just their culture....well I guess it's my culture too now. Crystal, could you fetch me something to drink?" The Rava nodded and quickly left. Riza then turned to the female Saiyan. "Lets just say I have had problems with royalty on the past."

"Oh," She said apologetically, "Danrox never told me much, that's kind of why I didn't know who Frieza was or how our planet was destroyed. He just said it didn't matter know and I should go spar or hunt or somthing like that."

He walked over to where a large elaborate throne waited for h. He semi-sprawled out on it. "Make yourself comfortable." Riza motioned to the many seats around. "My family is the opposite. Always talking about 'Saiyan Pride' or some shit."

"Thanks." Said Maynin as she sat next to him, hands folded on her lap. "Danrox went through a lot, so I don't blame him." She smiled a bit. "He's the only reason why I don't act like other Saiyans, why I'm not a total bitch."

"That's debatable." Riza smile as Crystal brought him a can of beer. "Ah Crystal, you always know what I want." The Rava smiled back and bowed. "I am glad I could be of service." Riza looked over at Manyin again. "You want anything?"

She shook her head. "No thank you."

Riza took a drink. "So I guess this is te part where I'm suppose to tell you about myself." He sighed and stretched a little. "Ummm...I'm a sociopathic mutant that periodically transforms into a monster and devours people....I think that's about it."

Maynin laughed, when was the last time I did that? "Well, you don't seem that way now," She said, "You seem almost..." She couldn't think of another word.

Riza smirked slightly. "I've been pretty good about it lately. Last time I lost it though, I literally killed a god."

Maynin shifted slightly. "How do you kill a god? To be honest, before now, I didn't even think about that."

"Well it was a wolf god that was the size of a country. If I remember correctly I grabbed both parts of its jaw and ripped it in half."

Maynin threw him a strange look. "Um... that's...nice." After about five minutes of her pondering over this she looked back up. "Well, I hope you had... fun?" For the fist time in her life,Maynin had no words to say.

Riza laughed at her reaction. "I did." He then turned a little serious. "So, have you ever heard of the Kamehameha?"

Maynin shook her head. "No, sorry if I'm totally clueless sometimes. Again, Danrox never told me anything, and its not like there are many friendly Saiyans either."

Riza stood up. "Follow me." The Saiyan walked through the halls of the palace until he came to a large courtyard on the center. Riza had retrofitted the area into a training grounds. "I'm going to teach you your first attack."

Maynin instantly brightened up. "Really? That's great! I promise I'll do my best!"

"Just be quiet and listen." Riza's demeanor had switched drastically. He didn't smile an his eyes looked fierce. "You already know to fire ki blasts. The kamehameha is nothing more than a simple beam of ki. There are many ways to fire it. I angling to teach you the classic version." Riza formed a ball of energy in his hands and moved it to behind the right side of his body. "Like this."

Maynin watched him closely.

Riza looked at her. "Do it."

Maynin nodded seriously, she was a very reflective person. His sudden mood change had changed hers as well. Maynin formed a ball of ki in her hands and held it slightly behind her. Now came the dangerous part, one slip up and she could blast herself. She took a deep breath and shot the ki blast, keeping it away from her side.

Rita growled angrily. "No! You new to simply power up the ball! You don't fire t as a blast! You need to create a beam!"

Maynin looked up, "Sorry." She mumbled. She tried again, this time, instead of shooting the ki, she kept going, making a steady blue beam of ki.

"That was horrible. Do it again."
